Service update - status.burstfire.net now live!

From today you can now access a real-time status page for all of Burstfire's critical services, at http://status.burstfire.net.
This service has been introduced to provide our customers with up to the minute information on any issues currently being experienced, as well as updates and follow-ups on any problems that may occur. The page is split between a technical "blog" and an easy to interpret traffic light system, linked directly to our core servers around the UK.
We hope that you don't need to refer to this page very often! However it is our policy to be open and honest about any hiccups that we experience, so you can rest assured that whenever there is cause for alarm, status.burstfire.net will give you all the information you need to inform your customers of what is going on.
